## Five stages of the work

Each procurement runs in the same order. What changes is the product, the route and the parties.

1. **Sourcing**: We identify suppliers able to deliver the product, volume and window the buyer has set, using our network and our reading of the market.
2. **Due diligence**: We check who the counterparties are before they are introduced, so that neither side spends time on a party that cannot perform.
3. **Strategy and negotiation**: We shape the approach to the client's commercial and operational aims and support the negotiation of price, terms and timing.
4. **Logistics coordination**: We coordinate storage and transport with the operators who provide them, and keep seller, terminal, carrier and buyer on one schedule.
5. **Documentation**: We track the documents the contract calls for, from inspection certificates to the bill of lading, until delivery is complete.
