Terms of use

This site describes the business of North Pacific Energy. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or to buy any product, and nothing on it is a statement that product is in stock.

A transaction exists only when the parties have signed a written contract. That contract, not this site, sets the price, quantity, specification and terms.

Figures on the product pages are the published limits of the named standards, or ranges typical of traded material. They are given for reference and may change when a standard is revised.

Incoterms® is a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce. The summary on this site is not a substitute for the ICC text.

Photographs on this site are illustrative. They do not show facilities owned or operated by North Pacific Energy.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is free of errors. Rely on the contract and on your own advisers before you act.

The text and design of this site belong to North Pacific Energy. You may quote from it with attribution.
